Ph.D. in the field of law; graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Lodz, specializes, with extensive experience in advisory, in State aid and competition law. Worked on many projects in the field of State aid law, in particular by analyzing the aspects related to the provision of services of general economic interest. He was a member of the advisory team, preparing for the Ministry of Health, the opinions on the possibility of commercial use of the assets purchased with the co-financing of the Structural Funds in the context of Sate aid. Scholar of Fulbright Senior Award in the academic year 2015/2016.

Econometrician, graduate of the University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics and Sociology. Market analyst specializing in numerical analysis and statistics on the State aid law and competition law. Completed postgraduate studies in financial and management accounting at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz. Worked on many projects in the field of determining the recompensation in the public services sector, including projects related to the implementation of Regulation 1370/2007 and the calculation of the rate of compensation in urban transport. He provides training and participates in numerous conferences (both domestic and foreign) in the field of State aid and projects related to the audit of compensation for the performance of public services.
