COMPER's history.

COMPER is a team of experts specializing in modeling business solutions in which public financing plays an important role. We effectively combine economic, financial and mathematical knowledge with legal and regulatory knowledge.

Our experience in the economic aspects of public economic law dates back to the mid-1990s, when prof. Anna Fornalczyk founded COMPER. Prof. Anna Fornalczyk, who was the first President of the Antimonopoly Office (currently the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) to implement antitrust regulations and State aid regulations into the Polish legal system.

Currently, COMPER’s work is carried out by Maciej Fornalczyk and Joanna Fornalczyk, PhD, who lead a team of economic and legal experts and specialize in the economic aspects of competition law and State aid regulations, specialize in financing of public services and investments.

Since 1998, we have been building experience in the field of antitrust law and State aid rules. The COMPER team was involved in a number of projects related to building modern solutions and economic concepts enabling the implementation of effective business solutions.

We had pleasure of co-creating the economic potential of PKN ORLEN, Grupa Azoty, and supporting the development of Polish regional ports. We have participated in a number of municipal projects, providing access to financing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in fields of such municipal cestors as: public transport, waste management, sports and recreation.

Economist, graduate of the University of Łódź at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology.
