Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, for which the data controller is COMPER Fornalczyk and Partners General Partnership
Since May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR) has been applied in Poland and other European Union countries. Therefore, we would like to provide some details on how COMPER Fornalczyk and Partners GP (hereinafter: COMPER) processes personal data.
- The administrator of personal data is COMPER Fornalczyk and Partners GP with its registered office in Łódź, 90-525, ul. Wólczańska 143, email: comper@comper.com.pl, tel. no. (42) 230 33 50.
- Personal data may be processed: a. when necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, i.e., for contact purposes, including providing information about changes and events related to current legal, economic, and cultural issues, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, b. when necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on COMPER, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.
- Data may be disclosed to entities assisting COMPER in achieving the specified purposes, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure used by COMPER, as well as entities performing other tasks for COMPER on the principles of outsourcing (including accounting services).
- Data are stored until objection is raised, and in contractual relationships – for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period resulting from the archiving regulations and the limitation of claims.
- It is possible to object to the processing of data, as well as to request access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing at any time.
- Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide it results in the inability to receive feedback, and in contractual relationships, providing data is a requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
- Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. Therefore, the data subject does not have the right to data portability as referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR.
